Shipping
Orders for in stock items (excluding furniture) ship within 2-3 days of being placed, unless otherwise noted. Atrio offers domestic shipping and is unable to fulfill online orders for international customers at this time. Please reach out if you are interested in international shipping. Standard and express shipping rate options are provided at checkout and calculated based on weight.
Delivery
Furniture Delivery
Furniture delivery for orders placed through our Atrio sales team will be applied at the time of sale.

Returns
Please initiate your return request by emailing returns@shopatrio.com. All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original order and accompanied by the original invoice. We are unable to offer refunds for returned items and will issue a store credit once returned items are received. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, in its original packaging, and include the original packing slip. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
All furniture, vintage, art, food and pantry, personal care/apothecary, fabric swatches and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
How can I check the status of my order?
Can I modify, add items, or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
To modify or cancel your order, please email hello@shopatrio.com including your order number and modifications/reason for cancellation with 24 hours of placing your order. Our team will assist in determining if the modification or cancelation request is possible.
